67bk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Access to and use of the 67bk platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 67bk or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of another person.

To create a 67bk account, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number which will serve as your account identifier. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. 67bk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided, including proof of age and proof of identity.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one 67bk account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason is a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes or account access with any third party.
• 67bk customer support will never request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 67bk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

67bk may at any time request that you complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal or gameplay functionality until verification is successfully completed. 67bk will process all KYC documentation in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All deposits to your 67bk account are made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the supported mobile payment methods. 67bk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Deposits are for gambling purposes only and must originate from a payment source that belongs to the registered account holder.

• Supported deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. 67bk does not accept deposits via foreign bank cards, wire transfers or cryptocurrency.
• Deposits from third-party payment sources (i.e., payment sources not registered to the account holder) are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.
• 67bk does not charge a deposit processing fee. Your mobile payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, for which 67bk accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same mobile payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 67bk does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts not registered to the account holder. Before a withdrawal is processed, 67bk may require that any active bonus wagering requirement attached to your account be fully completed.

• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 24 hours. Times stated are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• 67bk does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Standard fees charged by the receiving mobile wallet provider are outside 67bk's control.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 67bk are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the point of opt-in. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka and must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per registered mobile number, per household, per payment method and per device.
• 67bk reserves the right to cancel, modify or reclaim a bonus if there is reasonable evidence that it was obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse or violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held separately in your account. The order in which funds are used for wagers will be displayed in your account settings.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 67bk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage person to access your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes or use of automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Opening more than one account, or using another player's account credentials to access the platform.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or depositing funds obtained through illegal or criminal activity.

67bk uses monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 67bk will act without prior notice, may withhold any winnings associated with the conduct, and may share relevant information with appropriate authorities.

67bk is committed to responsible gaming. Every registered account has access to the following responsible gaming tools from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after any limit reduction request.
• Session reminders: set time alerts that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: permanently exclude yourself from the 67bk platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

67bk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used for prohibited conduct, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is suspended or closed, 67bk will notify the account holder and, subject to any outstanding investigations, will return any genuine real-money balance net of any bonus funds to the registered payment method.

67bk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67bk excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied. 67bk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, interruptions in service, or errors in odds calculation that are subsequently corrected. In any event, 67bk's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the bet or deposit directly related to that incident.

67bk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 67bk will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
